Jag Diogan is a debt finance associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
Jag focuses on restructurings, liability management and complex financings. Prior to joining Kirkland, he was based in London, where he acted for sponsors, companies and creditors on cross-border financial restructurings (in and out of court) and special situations in the UK and EU.
