Represented iRobot in a successful Section 337 Investigation at the International Trade Commission (ITC# 337-TA-1252) as well as related district court litigation involving robotic floor cleaning devices. Obtained a finding of infringement, resulting in the issuance of an exclusion order against certain SharkNinja robotic floor cleaners. The victory was highlighted in The American Lawyer, twice resulting in runners-up recognition for “Litigator of the Week.”

Represented Abbott Diabetes in global litigation against DexCom, involving several patents related to continuous glucose monitoring devices for people with diabetes. Secured a jury trial win on several claims in 2023. The parties reached a global settlement in 2024.

Represented Valeo in trade secret litigation against NVIDIA, involving automated driving assistance technology. The Parties reached a settlement in 2025.

Represented major global medical device company in litigation involving several patents related to intraocular medical device technology to improve glaucoma.

Represented a major global pharmaceutical company and its affiliates in a Section 337 investigation involving patents related to abdomen sculpting (ITC # 337-TA-1219). The investigation was terminated in light of a settlement agreement.

Steven previously worked for a pharmaceutical consulting company, performing patent portfolio licensing, market and technical research, competitive intelligence and strategic planning.

Represented a Ghanian man in his successful bid to overturn a 2009 USCIS decision revoking his lawful permanent resident status. Led a team to develop factual findings and present multiple witnesses at an evidentiary hearing in front of the US Immigration Court, resulting in a successful reinstatement of lawful permanent resident status.

Represented veteran in successful bid in front of US Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims to secure additional benefits for shoulder injury resulting from active duty and training.

Represented victim of workplace harassment and discrimination. Following months of investigation and discovery, presented case in mediation against former employer, resulting in settlement.
