• The lead arrangers in connection with the credit facilities provided to Chelsea FC following its acquisition by the Boehly-led consortium, including Clearlake Capital.
• The financing sources in connection with the debt financing arrangements to support Advent International and LANXESS’ joint acquisition of DSM’s engineering business.
• The lead arrangers in connection with the credit facilities to support EQT’s acquisition of Anticimex International, a global pest control company headquartered in Sweden.
• The lead arrangers in connection with the senior secured notes and super senior revolving credit facility to support Platinum Equity’s acquisition of Sunrise Medical, a German-headquartered mobility solutions company.
• The lead arrangers in connection with the credit facilities to support Platinum Equity’s acquisition of Imerys SA’s High Temperature Solutions business.
• The lead arrangers in connection with the credit facilities to support Platinum Equity’s acquisition of Urbaser S.A.U., a global environmental services provider headquartered in Spain.
• The lead arrangers in connection with the bridge to bond and super senior revolving credit facilities provided to support Apollo Global Management’s acquisition of Primafrio, a leading European logistics company headquartered in Spain.
• The lead arrangers in connection with the bridge to bond and super senior revolving credit facilities to support Apollo Global Management’s acquisition of the Kem One Group, a leading European chemicals producer headquartered in France.
