Paul Drake

Paul Drake is an associate in the Investment Funds Practice Group in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and a member of the Firm’s Liquidity Solutions Team. He focuses his practice on representing private equity sponsors on structuring and executing strategic secondary transactions, including GP-led continuation funds, designed to provide liquidity to both sponsors and investors, and structuring, negotiating, forming and operating private equity and real estate funds, their management companies and co-investment programs.
