Kayla Duffey is an investment funds partner in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she leads investment advisers, funds-of-funds, credit and distressed funds, impact funds, real estate funds, private equity funds and venture capital funds through a wide range of structuring, formation, operation, transactional and regulatory matters. Kayla also advises on separately managed accounts, funds-of-one, joint ventures, co-investment vehicles, seed investments and secondary transactions.
