Zach Durst is an investment funds associate in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and a member of the Firm’s Liquidity Solutions Team. Zach advises private equity sponsors on the formation, structuring and operation of private investment funds and related management entities. His practice includes representing sponsors in connection with single- and multi-asset continuation fund transactions and other liquidity solutions.
Prior to law school, Zach held FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
