Jalil El Khanchoufi is an associate in the Antitrust and Competition Team based in Brussels. He advises on all areas of EU and French competition law, with a particular focus on the regulatory aspects of cross-border deals and antitrust investigations and litigations. Jalil has represented clients before the European Commission, the French Competition Authority and the Paris Court of Appeal on transactional and behavioral mandates.
He also advises on Foreign Direct Investment screening.
