Kyle Elder is a corporate partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Kyle’s practice primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and other complex business transactions, as well as general corporate and governance matters. Kyle has led such matters on behalf of a number of leading private equity sponsors, including, among others, Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Hellman & Friedman, Madison Dearborn Partners, Parthenon Capital Partners and Sun Capital Partners, and many of their respective portfolio companies.
