Robert Endrizzi is an associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Robert practices intellectual property law with a focus on patent infringement litigation and has represented clients in cases in federal court and in front of the International Trade Commission.
Prior to practicing law, Robert was a staff electrical engineer at Lockheed Martin. At Lockheed Martin, he was a member of the Sikorsky Cockpit Design & Architecture team for civil and military rotorcraft with a focus on helicopter terrain awareness and warning systems (HTAWS), maintenance data computer software, data concentration, and control systems. Robert was awarded as a “Significant Contributor” by the Radio Technical Commission for Aeronautics (RTCA) for his efforts related to the standardization of helicopter terrain awareness and warning systems, which culminated in the publication of a new standard that was recognized by the UK Civil Aviation Authority as a “major safety boost for offshore helicopters.”
Robert maintains an active pro bono practice assisting persons seeking asylum in the United States.
