Christian Erwin is as an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His work includes patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property-related litigation. He has worked on matters involving a range of technologies, including medical devices and computer hardware. He has experience with complex legal research, deposition preparation, discovery and pre-trial motions, and trial.

Christian also has an active pro bono practice focusing on adoption and guardianship petitions.
