Overview

Peter Evangelatos is a partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Peter has a wide range of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in IP litigation matters, including before district courts, the PTAB, and American Arbitration Association. Peter is experienced with a variety of technologies, including consumer electronics, sporting equipment, medical devices, automotive technology, and energy and power systems.

Representing Alcon in a patent infringement suit in N.D. Texas involving six patents related to intraocular lens insertion devices used in cataracts surgery.

Representing Samsung in Eastern District of Texas patent infringement matter in which Plaintiff alleges infringement of fourteen patents related to audio processing technology for earphones.

Representing Samsung in declaratory judgment action in the Northern District of California involving eight patents related to payment transaction and advertising technologies for mobile devices.

Representing individual inventor in 12-year patent litigation over video laryngoscope technology against multiple defendants in the Western District of Washington and Southern District of New York.

Representing iRobot in ITC, PTAB, and district court actions against competitor SharkNinja concerning patents related to robotic vacuum cleaner technologies.

Represented Samsung against Ericsson in ITC and district court litigations involving multiple patents related to wireless communications technologies.
