Lyndon Ewing is an associate in the Investment Funds Practice Group in Kirkland’s New York office, where his practice focuses on forming and structuring investment funds for industry-leading asset managers. He advises U.S. and global sponsors across various private equity, venture, growth, credit and real asset strategies.
Since joining Kirkland, Lyndon has handled matters on behalf of, among others, 26North, Ares Management Corporation, BDT & MSD Partners, Derby Lane Partners, Perceptive Advisors and Patient Square. Prior to joining Kirkland, Lyndon handled matters on behalf of, among others, Lindsay Goldberg, IFM Investors, Monogram Capital Partners, Stepstone Group, Encore Consumer Capital and Partners Group.
