James Faley is a corporate partner in Kirkland's Chicago office. His practice focuses on the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a variety of transactions and matters, including, leveraged buyouts of private and public companies, divestitures, acquisitions, equity investments, recapitalizations, restructurings and general corporate matters.
