Anna is a tax partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Anna primarily focuses on private equity fund formation, private fund structuring, real estate fund structuring and other tax issues relating to private funds. Anna’s experience also covers UK and international transactional tax planning, cross-border corporate and private equity M&A, cross-border restructurings, banking and finance taxation with a private equity bias (including refinancings and distressed debt work) and capital markets taxation.
Anna is responsible for tax knowledge management, training and professional support in Kirkland’s London office.
