Overview

Andrew Farrington is an associate in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and a member of the Firm’s Government, Regulatory and Internal Investigations Practice Group. Andrew advises public companies, private equity and other investment firms, financial institutions, and individuals in inquiries, investigations and enforcement actions brought by the SEC, DOJ, FINRA and other federal and state entities. He also conducts internal investigations concerning highly sensitive compliance, business and governance matters.

In addition, Andrew has experience litigating complex commercial disputes, including the defense of hostile takeover disputes and M&A related class actions.
