Overview

Brittany Ford is a litigation partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Brittany defends industry-leading pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer product companies in high stakes mass tort and product liability litigation. She has extensive experience litigating product liability cases, including multidistrict litigation and consolidated state court proceedings, from initial filing through trial and resolution, having served as a member and leader of many trial teams.

Brittany previously worked as a trial attorney in the torts division of the Chicago Transit Authority. She secured several defense jury verdicts in favor of the CTA.

Brittany began her career at a boutique litigation firm in Little Rock, Arkansas where she worked on a wide array of cases, from eminent domain, to contract disputes and mass tort litigation. An early achievement was securing summary judgement on behalf of a movie theater for injuries sustained during a shooting in their parking lot.
