Justin Forlenza is a corporate partner in the New York City office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Justin is a member of the Liability Management & Credit Opportunities Practice Group where he focuses on structuring and analyzing liability management transactions in the leveraged credit markets. Justin has extensive experience with debt finance transactions, including the negotiation and execution of credit agreements and bond indentures, issues relating to secured transactions under Articles 8 and 9 of the UCC, LBO financings, and the analysis of complex stressed and distressed capital structures.
