  • on the sale of V.Group to a consortium led by STAR Capital.
• Apollo on its recommended all cash acquisition of the entire issued, and to be issued, ordinary share capital of The Restaurant Group plc, one of the UK’s biggest hospitality businesses.
• AXA IM on the sale of Data4 to Brookfield.
• Benedict Real Estate Bidco Limited, a subsidiary of one of Brookfield's real estate private funds, on the recommended cash offer for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Hibernia REIT.
• The Carlyle Group, on the proposed acquisition of ekaterra, Unilever’s global tea business.
• Carlyle-sponsored AmbioPharm on its merger with Astorg-owned CordenPharma, a leading global CDMO.
• EQT-led consortium on the £4.5 billion recommended cash offer for Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC.
• Warburg Pincus and Once For All on the sale of Once For All, a compliance and supply chain management software provider, to GTCR, a private equity firm.
• Gazit Hercules 2020 Limited (Newco) on the definitive merger agreement for a recommended cash acquisition of Atrium European Real Estate Limited.

  • on the acquisition of a stake in Rayner.
  • on the acquisition of Sanoptis, a leading network of ophthalmology clinics across Germany and Switzerland.
  • on its acquisition of Affidea, the leading provider of medical diagnostic services in Europe.
• Kayne Anderson on the sale of Kayne Anderson Real Estate to Bridgepoint Group.
• Sani/Ikos Group in its strategic partnership agreement with GIC.
• Thoma Bravo in its investment in LOGEX, a leading healthcare analytics provider and the inaugural investment by Thoma Bravo’s Europe-based team.

• Blackstone on the acquisition of CRH Europe Distribution, a building materials distribution platform in continental Europe, from CRH plc for an enterprise value of €1.64 billion.
• Chrysaor, a leading UK oil & gas independent, in its acquisition of ConocoPhillips’ UK business for $2.675 billion.
• BCI in its investment in a European gas distribution network.
• The Mandated Lead Arrangers on the financing of TDR Capital LLP’s £6.8 billion acquisition of ASDA.
• A bidder on the proposed acquisition of ITP Aero from Rolls-Royce.
