Acted for a generic pharmaceutical company in a patent infringement dispute relating to a pharmaceutical compound for use in the treatment of human cancers.
Acted for a generic pharmaceutical company in an SPC revocation action relating to a combination treatment for diabetes.
Acted for a generic pharmaceutical company in a patent infringement dispute relating to a compound for the treatment of breast cancer.
