Kat Frazier is a litigation partner in Kirkland’s Houston office with a focus on mass torts. When the litigation subject matter requires it, her prior experience as a clinical pharmacist in a major teaching hospital provides her with an inside perspective and knowledge in the life sciences and health industries. Kat has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of matters at all stages of litigation, from pleadings, motion practice, fact and expert discovery, up to and including trial. She has extensive experience across U.S. jurisdictions, including some of the most challenging venues.
