Curtis A. French is a corporate associate in the Houston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on capital markets transactions, corporate governance and securities law compliance. He also has experience representing public and private companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Prior to practicing law, Curtis worked at Phillips 66 as an accountant in the Financial Accounting & Consolidations and Tax departments. Curtis is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Oklahoma.
