Asaf Gamzo is a partner in the Investment Funds Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
Asaf's practice focuses on representing private investment fund sponsors in the formation and negotiation of private investment funds, including buyout funds, growth equity funds, real estate funds, secondaries funds, infrastructure funds, permanent capital funds and co-investment funds, with fund sizes ranging from first-time funds of $300 million to flagship funds of $10 billion. In addition, Asaf has significant experience representing some of the most active institutional investors in connection with their investments in private investment funds.
