Overview

Grant Gannon is a debt finance associate in the Houston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on private equity, financing transactions and debt restructurings. Grant advises private equity funds, special situation investors, financial institutions and public and private companies in a wide variety of financing transactions in both the United States and abroad, with an emphasis on acquisition financing, investment grade lending, cash-flow based lending, asset-based lending, reserve-based lending, mezzanine financing and subordinated debt financing. In addition, Grant maintains an active pro bono practice representing Veterans with matters before the VA.

Prior to law school, Grant served on active duty as an officer in the U.S. Air Force.
