Ashley Garcia is an investment funds associate in the Miami office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Ashley advises and represents private fund sponsors with respect to all aspects of structuring, fundraising, operation and regulatory compliance of alternative investment funds, including real estate, credit and hedge funds. Ashley also advises clients with respect to upper-tier governance and employee compensation arrangements, including carry plans and bonus programs.
