Todd Garcia is an antitrust and competition partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He represents clients in a broad range of industries in antitrust merger reviews, investigations and litigation before and against the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice. He also has experience in cartel litigation and multi-billion dollar general commercial litigation.
