Todd Garcia is an antitrust and competition partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He advises public company and private equity clients on antitrust aspects of complex M&A transactions, and represents them in merger investigations before the Federal Trade Commission and United States Department of Justice. He has extensive experience in energy and infrastructure, industrials, pharmaceuticals and consumer goods deals.
