Overview

Todd Garcia is an antitrust and competition partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He represents clients in a broad range of industries in antitrust merger reviews, investigations and litigation before and against the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice. He also has experience in cartel litigation and multi-billion dollar general commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Todd was involved in the following matters:

  • Represented metal manufacturer in DOJ antitrust investigation, litigation and arbitration.
  • Represented library software developer in FTC investigation of consummated acquisition.
  • Represented international pharmaceutical manufacturer in acquisition of public oncologic manufacturer.
  • Represented antifraud solution provider in acquisition by public credit monitoring bureau.
  • Represented pharmacy benefit manager in multi-billion dollar contract dispute.
