LNG Export and Gas Infrastructure

• Represented major liquefied natural gas (LNG) companies in the development of their greenfield LNG projects along the U.S. Gulf Coast and expansions to their existing U.S. Gulf Coast facilities (totaling over $100 billion in amount). 
• Represented an LNG company in its development of a major gas transmission pipeline across Canada. 
• Represented an LNG company in its development of a major LNG export facility and pipelines in Mexico. 
• Represented a major oil & gas company in its development of a large scale LNG export facility and offshore pipeline infrastructure in Africa. 

Power and Data Centers

• Representing a national power developer in its development of over 300 MW of power projects to power data centers across the United States.
• Represented major energy company in its development of multiple GW of projects to power data centers in West Texas.
• Represented petrochemical company in the development of a $150 million cogeneration plant in Alabama.
• Represented global power company in the repowering of a 850 MW wind farm in the Western United States.
• Represented an international commodities supplier in its development of two wind farms totaling over 250 MW of renewable energy production in Minnesota.
• Represented a U.S.-based company in the $500 million conversion of a coal-fired power plant located in New Jersey into a combined cycle gas turbine plant. Representation included the drafting and negotiation of the gas turbine supply agreement.
• Represented a U.S.-based company in the construction of a 670 MW natural gas-fired power plant in Indiana.
• Represented independent power producer in the development of a combined cycle gas power facility in California with a combined capacity of 800 MW.
• Represented a U.S.-based power companies in the drafting and negotiation of multiple long-term service agreements.

Oil, Gas and Petrochemicals

• Represented a national midstream infrastructure developer in the development of a $200 million rail terminal on the Gulf Coast.
• Represented a pipeline company in the drafting and negotiation of contracts related to the development of a 200-mile natural gas pipeline in Oklahoma.
• Represented major petrochemical company in connection with the development of a major $8 billion expansion to its refinery facilities in Texas and Louisiana.
• Represented a U.S.-based company in the development of a $750 million ethylene cracker plant in Louisiana.
• Represented an international company with the drafting and negotiation of EPC agreements for the design and construction of a crude oil storage tank expansion in Panama valued in excess of $150 million. 
• Representing a multinational electric utility and energy company in the decommissioning of existing pipeline infrastructure off the coast of Massachusetts.
• Represented a U.S.-based chemical company in drafting various commercial agreements, including equipment lease, confidentiality, professional service and various transportation agreements.

Industrials and Energy Transition

• Represented a renewable energy company in the conversion of an existing petroleum diesel refinery in California into a renewable biodiesel refinery.
• Represented a major international cement company in agreements related to the construction of a new $600 million cement production plant in Indiana. 
• Represented a major global paper and packaging company in the development of a $400 million upgrade to an existing paper mill facility South Carolina.
• Represented a major global paper and packaging company in the development of a greenfield a box plant in Brazil.
• Represented a major Mexican paper and packaging company in the development of its $300 million containerboard mill in Mexico.
• Represented a major mining company in the development of a $1 billion expansion of its coal mine, port facilities and interconnecting rail facilities in Columbia.

Other Infrastructure

• Represented an NFL team in the development of its new professional football stadium.
• Represented multiple U.S. companies in the development of apartment complexes and office buildings throughout the United States.
