William Garthwaite is an investment funds associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP and a member of the Firm’s Liquidity Solutions Team.
William focuses on secondary transactions in connection with private investment funds, including continuation funds, strip sales, tender offers, traditional secondaries and other liquidity solutions.
William also has broad experience on the structuring, establishment and operation of private investment funds, with a primary focus on private equity and infrastructure. William also has experience of related carried interest, co-investment and other incentive arrangements.
