James Gaskill is a debt finance partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. James has experience in structuring sophisticated financing arrangements, including asset-backed securities and other tailored capital solutions. He represents lenders and borrowers in complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions as well as structured financing, including particular experience in alternative asset manager financing, highly structured transactions and back leverage arrangements. His work also includes direct lending, first- and second-lien credit facilities, syndicated financings, asset-based lending and other innovative credit solutions.
