Jillian Gautier is a corporate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Jillian has extensive experience representing private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers and lenders in various types of complex secured and unsecured lending transactions. Her practice currently focuses on knowledge, markets and strategy for the U.S. Debt Finance Practice Group, with broad responsibility for knowledge resources, market intelligence/strategy, attorney education, client engagement and thought leadership.
