• GIC on its investment in Hotel Investment Partners.
• Digital 9 Infrastructure plc on the sale of Verne Global to funds managed or advised by Ardian France SA for an equity purchase price of up to $575 million.
• Asda Group on the acquisition of EG Group's UK and Ireland operations for an enterprise value of c. £2.27 billion.
• Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. on the sale of its Swiss business to Goldbach Group AG, an affiliate of TX Group.
• Thoma Bravo and its portfolio company Veriforce on the acquisition of CHAS.
• MRI Software on the acquisition of UK-based Springboard, a leading provider of shopper traffic counting and AI-powered analytics.
• CPP Investments on the acquisition of a stake in Universal Investment.
• EW Healthcare Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in Grundium Oy.
• MRI Software on its acquisition of eSight Energy Group Limited, a global energy management software company serving 33,000 users across 60 countries.
• EQT, on its acquisition of SPT Labtech, a manufacturer and designer of automated instruments and consumables for life sciences research.
• Medallia, a portfolio company of Thoma Bravo, on its acquisition of Thunderhead, an enterprise technology provider.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Yoana worked on the following matters, advising:

• Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC on the recommended cash offer for the company by Oppidum Bidco Limited (a newly formed company indirectly owned by funds managed or advised by affiliates of Fortress Investment Group, LLC).
• Equitix in relation to its proposed acquisition of a 50% equity stake in the portfolio of assets owned by the John Laing Group plc (“John Laing”) as part of KKR’s proposed £2 billion takeover of John Laing.
