the $7.9 billion sale of Westinghouse Electric Company, a global leader in technologies and services to the nuclear power industry, by Brookfield Business Partners to a consortium involving Brookfield Renewable Partners and Cameco Corporation.
the $900 million acquisition of Fosber, a global leader in the design and production of advanced machinery, parts and services for the corrugated packaging industry.
the merger between Schoeller Allibert and IPL, creating an international sustainable packaging producer across Europe, the UK and North America with combined pro forma annual revenue of over $1.4 billion.
