Conor Gordon is a corporate associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Conor advises private equity firms and strategic investors in connection with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, reorganizations and other general corporate matters, focusing in the energy and infrastructure sector.

Conor maintains an active pro bono practice, including work relating to legal support for veterans and organizations which support those with mental health and addiction challenges.
