Thomas Graf is an antitrust and competition partner in the Brussels office of Kirkland & Ellis.

Thomas’ practice focuses on complex behavioral antitrust matters and digital regulation. He has significant experience with antitrust cases at the intersection with intellectual property and the GDPR. Thomas has represented clients in many landmark cases before the European Commission, the European Courts and national competition authorities that have shaped EU competition law. His work covers a variety of industries, notably digital and high-technology, pharmaceuticals and media.
