Overview

Stephanie is a partner in the Antitrust & Competition Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on a wide range of antitrust matters including federal and state government review of mergers and acquisitions, civil litigation, government investigations and compliance counseling. Stephanie represents clients across a broad range of industries before the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division and Federal Trade Commission.

Stephanie began her career as an attorney in the Bureau of Competition, Mergers IV Division of the FTC, investigating and analyzing mergers in the hospital, retail, supermarket, consumer products and distribution industries. Among other assignments, she played an integral role in the trial team in FTC, et al. v. Staples, Inc., et al., and the FTC’s investigation of Family Dollar/Dollar Tree.
