Overview

Stephanie is a partner in the Antitrust & Competition Practice Group in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Stephanie represents clients across a broad range of industries before the DOJ and FTC in antitrust merger reviews and civil antitrust investigations. She began her career as an attorney in the Bureau of Competition, Mergers IV Division of the FTC, investigating and analyzing mergers in the hospital, retail, supermarket, consumer products, and distribution industries.

Stephanie began her career as an attorney in the Bureau of Competition, Mergers IV Division of the FTC, investigating and analyzing mergers in the hospital, retail, supermarket, consumer products, and distribution industries. Among other assignments, she played an integral role in the trial team in FTC, et al., v. Staples, Inc., et al., and the FTC’s investigation of Family Dollar/Dollar Tree.
