Stephanie is an associate in the Antitrust & Competition Practice Group in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Stephanie represents clients before the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and the state Attorneys General in antitrust merger reviews and civil antitrust investigations. Stephanie has worked on matters across a broad range of industries including private equity, pharmaceutical, chemicals, software/technology, retail, and consumer products.

Stephanie began her career as an attorney in the Bureau of Competition, Mergers IV Division of the FTC, investigating and analyzing mergers in the hospital, retail, supermarket, consumer products, and distribution industries. Among other assignments, she played an integral role in the trial team in FTC, et al., v. Staples, Inc., et al., and the FTC’s investigation of Family Dollar/Dollar Tree.
