Overview

Lilla Grisham is an energy regulatory associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she represents companies across the energy industry in complex regulatory and transactional matters. Drawing on experience in conventional and renewable electric power, natural gas and oil matters, Lilla counsels clients on a full spectrum of energy regulatory issues including transactional matters (investments in and acquisitions and divestitures of energy assets) and ongoing regulatory compliance matters. Her practice spans both the federal level, including at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Department of Energy, and the state level.
