Overview
Stephanie Haas is a partner in Kirkland’s M&A/Private Equity Practice Group, located in Philadelphia. Stephanie has extensive experience representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, restructurings and general corporate matters. She also advises on public company transactions, carve-out transactions, growth and structured equity investments, joint ventures and other transformative capital events. Her experience spans a broad range of industries, including technology, software, consumer brands and products, financial services, food products, healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, aerospace and building products.
The Legal Intelligencer named Stephanie a “Lawyer on the Fast Track” in 2024 and Best Lawyers called her “One to Watch in Pennsylvania” in 2022.
