Suzannah Hacking is an investment funds partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Suzannah focuses her practice on advising investment fund sponsors on all aspects of their business, including the establishment of investment funds, formation of new asset managers, product and strategy expansion, fund restructurings, co-investment programs, SMAs, alternative investment structures, fund regulatory and compliance matters, conflicts issues, warehousing arrangements, investor relations matters, governance issues, succession planning and separation arrangements. Suzannah has advised publicly traded global asset managers, prominent middle-market sponsors as well as first-time fund sponsors across various investment strategies.
