Samantha Hait is a corporate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice currently focuses on knowledge, markets and strategy for the U.S. Debt Finance Group, with broad responsibility for client engagement, market intelligence, knowledge resources, thought leadership and attorney education. Sam also has extensive experience advising financial institutions and borrowers on a variety of secured and unsecured financings transactions, including acquisition financings, reserve-based financings, asset-based financings and structured financings.
