Samantha Hait is a corporate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She has extensive experience providing legal and strategic guidance to global financial institutions, sponsors and borrowers on a range of complex financing transactions, including acquisition financings, fund financings and other structured financing products. Her practice currently focuses on knowledge, markets and strategy for the U.S. Debt Finance Practice, with broad responsibility for client engagement and strategy, market intelligence, knowledge resources, thought leadership and attorney education.
