• Represented the sponsor in connection with the approximately $2.7 billion project financing of its data center campus in Texas.
• Represented the sponsor in connection with the approximately $1 billion project financing of its data center campus in Maryland.
• Represented the sponsor in connection with the approximately $550 million project financing of its data center campus in Texas.
• Represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $250 million holdco loan secured by a portfolio of fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) assets. 
• Represented the lead lender in connection with a $500 million holdco loan to finance the construction of data centers across the United States. 
• Represented the lenders in connection with a nearly $1 billion project financing of a data center in Georgia.
• Represented the lenders in connection with a $500 million term loan to Tillman Infrastructure to support its wireless carrier and wireless internet service provider (WISP) customers’ infrastructure platform.
• Represented a transmission infrastructure development company in connection with multiple 4(a)2 private placements to refinance existing debt secured by transmission assets across the United States. 
• Represented a transmission infrastructure development company in connection with multiple term and revolving loan facilities, with more than $3 billion in total commitments and incurred to finance the construction of transmission lines and substations across the United States.
• Represented the backleverage lenders in connection with multiple project financings of wind and solar energy generation projects across the United States.
• Represented the lenders in connection with the $2.1 billion project financing of an LNG facility in British Columbia, Canada.
• Represented a secured creditor in connection with a bridge loan facility incurred by Pine Gate Renewables to fund certain critical expenses in anticipation of its eventual Chapter 11 bankruptcy case.
