Yanice Hamdi is an investment funds associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Yanice advises European investment fund on the establishment and fundraising and separate accounts across the alternative asset spectrum including private equity as well as on GP-led fund transactions.

Yanice also has experience with the establishment of fund management companies, carried interest and co-investment schemes specific to France.
