Overview

Chris Hamilton is a litigation associate in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Chris focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He has litigated a range of cases in federal and state courts across the U.S., including cases involving intricate banking disputes, claims of international taxation fraud, real estate zoning challenges and reproductive justice.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Chris completed a trio of clerkships at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, and worked on litigation and appellate matters as an associate at another global law firm.
