Yuchen Han is a corporate associate in the Beijing office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Yuchen advises companies in the biopharmaceutical space on their important transactions. He has represented issuers and underwriters in international capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings.
From September 2019 to December 2024, Yuchen worked in the New York and Beijing office of another major international law firm.
