Overview

Andrea Harper is a partner in the Energy Regulatory Practice Group in Kirkland’s Washington, D.C., office, and represents clients in regulatory litigation and complex transaction matters that relate to the energy industry and energy commodity markets. She has worked on cases before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and state public utility commissions. Andrea’s client’s include energy project investors, electric transmission owners, independent power producers, private equity funds, data center developers and electric utilities.
