Overview

John Harrison is a partner in the Structured Finance & Structured Private Credit Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He advises sponsors, issuers, borrowers, credit funds, initial purchasers, institutional investors and investment banks on a broad array of structured finance transactions, including securitizations, structured private credit and private placements.

John focuses on esoteric securitizations and private credit financings for various assets, including royalties, fiber optic networks, data centers and GPUs. He also has experience with traditional loan financings.

John advises his clients on innovative and specialized finance structures, especially in the digital infrastructure and whole business securitization markets.
