Martha K. Harrison

Martha Harrison is a litigation partner in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She focuses on complex electronic discovery in civil and criminal actions, arbitrations, and during regulatory investigations. Martha frequently advises global clients on a vast range of discovery issues including information governance, data preservation, forensic collections, advanced technologies for document review including analytics and Technology Assisted Review (TAR), and cross-border discovery. Martha has also assisted clients with large-scale litigations and investigations in developing the most efficient, practical, and cost-effective document preservation, collection, and review plan for any given matter. Martha has significant experience managing complex and time-sensitive document collection and review for antitrust investigations and Second Requests. Martha has considerable experience in privilege law and frequently advises clients on complicated and sensitive issues involving attorney-client privilege and work product considerations.
