Kent Hayden is a partner in Kirkland & Ellis’ Chicago office. Kent has broad experience handling complex commercial litigation, insurance litigation, restructuring litigation, and antitrust litigation.
Kent also devotes significant time to pro-bono work on behalf of members of his community. Kent tried and won a case on behalf of a local social worker whose landlord had failed to remediate mold and severe water damage in her apartment. Kent also led a successful mediation on behalf of an indigent client who had been terminated after taking disability leave for a job-related injury.
Kent graduated magna cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where he served as Chief Executive Editor of the Law Review.
