Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS)
- ExxonMobil Low Carbon Solutions on its carbon capture and sequestration agreement to transport and permanently store up to 2 MTA of CO2 from Calpine’s Baytown Energy Center, a cogeneration facility near Houston, Texas
- ExxonMobil Low Carbon Solutions on its carbon capture and storage agreement with Illinois-based CF Industries to transport and permanently store up to 500,000 metric tons per year of CO2 from CF Industries’ complex in Yazoo City, Mississippi
- ExxonMobil on its carbon capture and sequestration agreement in connection with its partnership with ADNOC for a proposed low-carbon hydrogen and ammonia production facility in Baytown, Texas
- ExxonMobil on its agreement with the New Generation Gas Gathering (NG3) project to transport and store up to 1.2 million metric tons a year (MTA) of CO2 from NG3’s facility in Louisiana
- A midstream energy company in connection with the construction of a CO2 capture facility and pipeline to facilitate the transportation and sequestration of CO2 from an ethanol plant in the Midwest
- A private equity sponsored company in connection with a CO2 transportation and sequestration agreement and related real property issues
- A public company in the negotiation of a CO2 supply, offtake and sequestration agreement in connection with a chemical manufacturing facility
- A public company in the negotiation of multiple CO2 supply, offtake and sequestration agreements and related joint ventures in the U.S.
- A private multinational energy infrastructure company in the construction of 350-mileinterstate steel trunk line capable of transporting 12 million tons of CO2 per year to service customers across the Midwest and Ohio River Valley

- Woodside Energy in the negotiation of its sale and purchase agreement with Uniper for the supply of 1 million tons per annum of LNG from Woodside Energy’s Louisiana LNG project
