Pauline Heingle is an antitrust and competition associate in the Brussels office of Kirkland & Ellis.
Pauline has experience advising on a range of competition and regulatory matters including digital markets regulation, behavioral investigations, merger control and state aid. She works across several industry sectors, with a particular focus on technology companies.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Pauline was involved in the following matters:
Google, in connection with:
the EU Digital Markets Act (DMA) and other tech regulations such as the UK Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act (DMCC) and Japan’s Mobile Software Competition Act (MSCA)
European and national antitrust investigations, including the CMA’s Privacy Sandbox investigation and the French Competition Authority’s related rights case and associated compliance programs
Global Foundries in the establishment of a new semiconductor manufacturing facility in France to be jointly operated with STMicroelectronics
Monument, in the acquisition by its subsidiary Monument Assurance Belgium SA of a closed book of life retail insurance portfolio from AXA Belgium SA
Nethys and Enodia, in connection with the sale of a 75% stake minus one share in telecom operator VOO SA to Orange Belgium
Veolia Environnement, in connection with its €12.9 billion acquisition of Suez, and the €10.4 billion related divestment of certain Suez remedy assets
