Overview

Samuel Henick is an antitrust and competition associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Samuel’s practice focuses on antitrust litigation, investigations and counseling on behalf of the federal government. He has experience working on industrial mergers ranging from lithium extraction to refractory bricks for steel-making. In addition, he has also worked on aerospace and defense mergers, including combined merger-conduct investigations.
