Vincent advises market leading fund sponsors on the structuring, formation and ongoing operation of alternative investment funds across a wide range of strategies and asset classes. He has significant experience working on European evergreen and semi-liquid funds, as well as vehicles designed for high net worth, private wealth and other non-institutional investors. Vincent is particularly active in the growing market for private fund solutions aimed at expanding investor access, including innovative formats that support the “retailisation” of private markets. He helps clients navigate the commercial and structural complexities of launching and managing these products, drawing on a broad base of experience across traditional and emerging fund models.
